1. If the mold cavity processing is poor, such as scars. Micro-hole. Wear and tear. Roughness and other deficiencies will inevitably react to the plastic parts, so that the plastic parts luster is not good, in this regard, to carefully process the mold, so that the cavity surface has a small roughness, if necessary, polishing chrome plating.
2. If the surface of the cavity has oil. Water stains, or mold release agents to make too much, will make the surface of the plastic parts dark. There is no luster, in this regard, to remove oil and water stains, and limited use of mold release agent.
3. If the mold release slope is too small, difficult to release the mold, or too much force when releasing the mold, so that the surface of the plastic parts gloss * good, to increase the slope of the mold release.
4. If the mold exhaust is bad, too much gas stay in the model, which also leads to bad luster, for this, check and amend the mold exhaust system.
5. If the gate or runner cross-sectional area is a too small or sudden change, the melt in which the flow of shear force is too large, is turbulent dynamic flow, resulting in bad luster, for which, should be appropriate to increase the gate and runner cross-sectional area.
II. Injection molding process
1. If the injection speed is too small, the surface of the plastic part is not dense, appearing bad luster, in this regard, the injection speed can be appropriately increased.
2. For thick-walled plastic parts, if the cooling is not sufficient, the surface will be hairy and the luster will be dark, in this regard, the cooling system should be improved.
3. If the holding pressure is not enough, the holding time is short, so that the density of plastic parts is not enough and the luster is not good, for this, the holding pressure and holding time should be increased.
5. If the melt temperature is too low, making the liquidity poor, easy to lead to bad luster, which should be appropriate to improve the melt temperature.
6. For crystalline resins, such as PE, PP, POM, etc., if the cooling is not uniform, it will lead to poor gloss, in this regard, the cooling system should be improved to make it uniform cooling.
7. If the injection speed is too large, and the gate cross-sectional area is too small, the vicinity of the pouring product will be dark and bad luster, for which, the injection speed can be reduced and the gate cross-sectional area increased.
III. Raw material
1. The difference in particle size of raw materials makes it difficult to plasticize evenly, and the luster is not good, in this regard, the raw materials should be sieved.
2. The raw materials in the recycled material or water mouth material join too much, affecting the uniform plasticization of the melt and bad luster, which should reduce the amount of recycled material or water mouth material added.
3. Some raw materials will decompose and change color when adjusting the temperature, resulting in a bad luster, which should be selected with a better temperature resistance of raw materials.
4. The moisture or volatile content of raw materials is too high, volatilizing into gas when heated, condensing in the cavity, and melt, resulting in the poor luster of plastic parts, which should be pre-dried raw materials.
5. The dispersion of some additives is too poor and makes the plastic parts have a bad luster, which should be replaced with additives with better fluidity.
6. The raw materials are mixed with foreign materials, miscellaneous materials, or insoluble materials, they can not be mixed with their raw materials evenly together and lead to bad luster, which should be strictly excluded beforehand these miscellaneous materials.
7. If the amount of lubricant is too little, the fluidity of the melt is poor, and the surface of the plastic part is not dense, which makes the luster bad, in this regard, the amount of lubricant should be increased appropriately.
