01. Cylinder clean material
Before shutting down the injection molding machine, clean the plastic in the barrel to prevent oxidation or long-term thermal decomposition of the leftover material. After cleaning, the screw stroke will be loosened back to the maximum stroke. This can prevent the screw head from burning when the machine is heated up next time.
02. Hydraulic oil bypass filter inspection
For the hydraulic oil bypass filter of the
injection molding machine, if the pointer of the pressure detection gauge points to or near the red area, please stop the oil pump to replace the bypass filter element.
Firstly, turn off the cooling water tower, water tower discharge pump, freezing water machine equipment, and mold temperature machine equipment power supply, then do the following four points of drainage protection work.
A. Close the inlet and outlet valves of the hydraulic oil cooler of the
injection molding machine, remove the inlet and outlet pipe connectors, and use the air gun of the air compressor to blow out all the residual water inside the cooler (drain out) to avoid rusting or oxidation inside the water ring. In addition, the filter above the inlet pipe of the oil cooler needs to be cleaned.
B. Close the inlet and outlet valves of the cooling water ring of the barrel (material tube), remove the inlet and outlet pipe connectors and use the air gun of the air compressor to blow out all the residual water inside the cooling water ring to avoid rusting or oxidation inside the water ring.
C. Close the water inlet and outlet valves of the mold (male/female mold), remove the inlet and outlet pipe connectors and use the air gun of the air compressor to blow out all the residual water inside the water transportation system of the mold to avoid rusting of the mold core.
D. Finally, turn off the power of the air compressor equipment and finish releasing the residual air pressure.
03. Lubricant tank inspection
After replacing the new lubricant, please make sure to do the manual lubrication test, observe whether each lubricant distributor spool is popped out and whether the lubricant tube is broken, to replace it in time.
04. Maintenance of the lubricating parts of mold adjustment and injection tail plate
For the maintenance of the mold adjustment part and the lubrication part of the injection tail plate, it must be maintained at least once every six months, and each maintenance should see the new oil in and the old oil out.
05. Cooling fan cleaning of the motor
Remove the motor cover plate to observe whether the motor fan is running normally, such as the fan does not turn needs to be replaced promptly. In addition, you need to use the air gun to clean the motor cooling fan and the dust on the surface of the motor heat sink. 06. Control of the electrical box cleaning
For the injection molding machine control box cleaning, we must first turn off the total power supply of the injection molding machine, remove the electrical box into the air filter, clean with a powerful air gun, and then clean up the dust inside the box with vacuum gas, after cleaning, power on to observe whether the air outlet exhaust fan has a voice or does not turn like if there is a timely replacement.
07. Manipulator protection
Put the robot position to restore. Generally, in a short period of downtime, the mold does not fall, the robot moves out of the machine, and now a long period of downtime and the mold is not on the machine then the robot position needs to be restored.
08. Mold protection
During the holiday period to shut down for a long time, so there is no need to put the mold on the machine, but down to carry out the mold two or three maintenance (specifically according to the mold TPM maintenance process operations).
09. Basic aftercare, cleaning
Close the doors and windows, electric box to do moisture-proof measures, electric control box door closed to prevent the rat bite, do other anti-rodent measures. Finally, clean up the surrounding 5S, clean up the material chips, material particles, oil, water stains, debris, etc.
