③Because of the high speed of the precision
injection molding machine, the response speed of the hydraulic system must be emphasized.
Most of the precision injection molding is done under high injection pressure and high injection speed (connector or cell phone button), the filling time is very short, generally, only a few seconds, which requires the system to have a high response performance, otherwise the response hysteresis phenomenon, which eventually leads to the system output signal and input signal requirements deviation, molding process debugging difficulties, production will also directly affect the size or weight stability of the parts.
The high responsiveness of the
injection molding machine depends on the scanning time of the controller, the response time of the oil pump, and the response time of the oil valve. For hydraulic systems with servo valves, there is a considerable advantage in terms of response and repeatability.
For the variable pump injection molding machine, because the pressure and flow output of the oil pump is adjusted by the swashplate swing angle of the oil pump, it has high responsiveness and high answerability, and the repeatability of the oil pump can reach less than 0.2%.
④The hydraulic system of precision
